April 2019, Week 2
Welcome Easter and the return of Spring with an elegant seasonal wreath filled with bright botanicals. Kyler and Brittany McPherson of Local Roots Flower Farm will lead you through the process of turning a simple round base into a unique work of art that will hang on your door throughout the season. They’ll share tips for wreath composition, tools of the trade, and ideas for sourcing your wreath materials. Then, they’ll provide everything you need - including instruction - to create a wreath on-site. Your Easter wreath will hang on your door to greet visitors and cheer you up for weeks to come.

Here is a video of Farmer Luke and his son Finn, showing us how to enjoy the sweet Oro Blanco grapefruit. Don't worry, if you can't figure it out with the video, we will be more than happy to show you in the Market (and eat a couple pieces with you)!
Microgreens are a tiny form of young edible greens produced from vegetable, herb or other plants. They range in size from 1″ to 1 ½” tall, including the stem and leaves. A microgreen has a single central stem which has been cut just above the soil line during harvesting.
