This year, young farmers ages 4-12 will enjoy another unforgettable summer as they explore everything the land has to offer. Each summer, children who attend our week-long day camp develop their connection to the earth. They re-engage with nature as they tune in to the rhythms of the seasons. New and returning campers grow along with the plants, nurturing their minds, senses, curiosity, and confidence. Registration is now open!

Come and visit the farm on Thursday from 11 AM - 2 PM to meet our friends from Redmond Farms. They will be coming weekly with their Raw Milk Truck with raw milk, butter, kombucha on tap, fresh bread, and more. We are also working with them to organize a few workshops that will educate about raw milk, and ways that it can be used.

Salad Greens - one bag

There are three different stages at which you can cut and use lettuce. The first is when it is very little, and it is a microgreen. The second stage is when it is medium height and a softer lettuce. The third stage is when it has matured into a full lettuce head.

To freeze arugula, follow the same principle as other greens: blanch for two minutes, plunge in ice bath, pat excess moisture off, and place in a freezer-safe container. Frozen arugula works great in stir-fries or on pizza.
