July 2020, Week 4

This week in your Simple Share...

This is the time to be filled with the power of the land. Summer always asks a lot from us. The warm days pull at our energy, and long hours of sunlight guide us to be active and moving. During this time, we strengthen our bodies and our spirits with the fruit of the plants that have been growing alongside us since spring. We've been alive together. We've stretched under the same sun, and shared the same water. We've supported them, and now they support us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Celebrate the bounty of summer with us at the market. Open Monday-Saturday, 9 am-6 pm, it's stocked with all the freshest produce from our fields and carefully selected items from other farmers and small-batch producers we love. It's a full-bodied sensory experience and one that you'll take with you as you bring fresh Utah produce to your family table.⠀⠀

The bases can be served raw alone, on crudité trays or in salads, braises, casseroles, pastas, soups, quiches, and omelets, and the stems can be chopped up and used as a flavoring.
