March 2019, Week 4
Eat the freshest food around at our weekly Food Truck Fridays, starting this coming Friday, March 29. These can't miss, family-friendly evenings bring a rotating selection of food trucks to the farm, where they serve delicious meals incorporating some of the farm's in-season produce. We set out tables and enjoy the natural community that springs up over good food, good conversation, and an evening spent in unhurried companionship.
On this first Food Truck Friday we also welcome Bob Quinn for a warm, community-oriented talk about organic farming, ancient grains, and the journey Bob's taken to become the icon of organic agriculture he is today. This free talk will explore Bob's deeply reflective development as a farmer and his commitment to both rural communities and the surrounding people they feed.
While the event is free, the seating is limited, so please reserve your ticket through our website.

An annual herb and member of the carrot family, cilantro is the most widely used, aromatic, leafy herb in the world. It is an indispensable herb in the culinary landscape with no substitute that can simulate its flavor.
