May 2019, Week 4
As strawberries ripen, we’ll be opening a limited number of small-group events. Led by a guide deeply versed in the strawberries’ history, you’ll learn all about how life sustains itself through winter on the farm and comes back strong each year. You’ll hear the story of the strawberries - the first sweet berries of the season - and reflect on how they signal hope, new growth, and the return of summer.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
During your time in the fields, each member of your group will pick a half-pint of strawberries to take home and enjoy. Space is limited for each event, and dependent on how many strawberries ripen each week, so please visit our website to check availability. As a Simple Share member you also enjoy 20% off, so don't forget to ask for your discount code when you pick up your Simple Share this week.
In an effort to always make things more simple, we are transitioning our weekly email to a weekly blog post on our website so that it is easier for you to find past recipes and information. We will continue to send the weekly email for the next few weeks in order to help you get used to this change. Jump on over to our website and reminisce on all the amazing produce and small-batch goods that you've already received this year.
