BEEF CUTS


All cows are raised here in Utah by local family farmers.  Beef is cut and wrapped by local artisan butchers, making the best product possible.  

BEEFALO
Beefalo is a cross between bison and cattle.  This produces meat that is high in protein but low in cholesterol, which makes it the ideal choice for health conscious meat consumers. It also has a more intense flavor and a beautiful bright color. Customers who try it rarely go back to regular beef.
GRASS-FED BEEF
Grass-fed beef comes from cattle that eat only grass and other forage throughout their lives. Often, conventional beef and dairy cattle eat a diet that includes grains, such as corn, in order to promote faster weight gain and fat production. Grass-fed beef don’t receive any grain so this meat is lower in fat and calories as well as 4 times higher in vitamin E and omega 3s.
GRAIN-FED BEEF
Grain fed cattle are started on grass and then finished on formulated feed rations designed to make the animals grow quickly and produce inter-muscular fat. This creates the traditional beef you find in any restaurant or grocery store.
We currently have 1/8 shares of beef and beefalo ready in the market.  They are pre-boxed, weighed and priced with a 10% bulk discount from the regular retail price.
